Brief Introductions of YDX-5C Hydraulic Drilling Rig
The YDX-5C hydraulic drilling rig is mainly designed for prospecting solid mineral deposits. It adopts advanced technology in wire line coring and is driven with rotator. YDX-5C hydraulic drilling rig is widely used in geology, metallurgy, coal, petroleum, natural gas, groundwater and other industries.
Technical Features of Hydraulic Drilling Rig
1) Adopt the world famous hydraulic pumps, valves and motors.
2) There are two kinds of chassis: tyre-traction (with steering gear) and self-propelled steel crawlers.
3) Hydraulic cylinder is adopted for lifting/lowering.
4) When transported and located, the mast can be folded. The mast could work stably with foot clamp touching the earth.
5) Hydraulic drilling rig adopts load sensitive system and is equipped with high-position operation platform and operation hole platform (i.e. low-position operation platform).
6) The rotator is fed and driven with a system connecting the spindle and oil cylinder with chain. It has the following function: if the piston rod of oil cylinder moves one certain distance, the spindle will double the distance. The rotator is equipped with a four-speed gear shift, and hydraulic pressure with stepless speed change can adjust its speed. As to the rig, in its up part, it is equipped with centering guide; in its lower part is a guide. At the operation hole of the lower platform, a hydraulic clamp is adopted.
